Recent research conducted by AMP Capital Shopping Centres (AMPCSC) found that three quarters of Kiwis prefer shopping in-store to online. Desiree Clark, senior marketing manager for AMPCSC saw the results as a chance for retailers to focus on the in-store experience and aim to provide exceptional service.
