Kids Cook Up A Storm At LynnMall
West Auckland’s LynnMall Shopping Centre featured on TVNZ’s Breakfast, 02 July, when Tamati Coffey visited the Kids Cook kitchen to support the children making oaty pancakes and show off his culinary skills.
Kids Cook at LynnMall is encouraging kids to don their chef hats and support healthy eating these school holidays all in aid of a fabulous cause – The Foundation for Youth Development (FYD).
Kids aged five years and over from across Auckland are invited to visit 
LynnMall Shopping Centre and have a go at creating a range of delicious recipes with Healtheries product and Countdown produce, in their very own Fisher & Paykel mobile kitchen. Entry to each cooking event costs $5, with all proceeds going to FYD.
In the first week over 175 children participated in Kids Cook creating various dishes each day from 5+ A Day pizzas, Oaty Pancakes, Apple Crumble and Fajittas.
